How to Order

We are a small home-based business and at present are not able to offer an automated ordering system. We apologize for this. We make up for this inconvenience by offering excellent service: fast processing of your orders, and quick replies to your emails, phone calls and faxes. We are never far from the phone, computer or fax machine. If you have questions about any part of the ordering process, please ask for assistance! Please follow these instructions:

For Mail Order with payment by Paypal:

If you wish to pay by Paypal, please contact us and we will email the instructions. Please include the following info in your email:
-items you wish to order
-shipping name and address
-your email address

For Mail Order with payment by VISA or American Express:

1. Print out the Mail Order Form & Shipping Rates page and fill in your mailing information and the items you wish to order.
2. Make sure to completely fill in the credit card information section.
3. Total the amount for merchandise.
4. Give yourself a discount if ordering a quantity of rings.
5. Add shipping rate. Calculate shipping charges by referring to Shipping Rates chart.
6. By Phone: Call our office at (403) 289-9902. If no one is available in person, leave a message that you would like to order by credit card. Leave your daytime and evening phone numbers. We will return your call ASAP and confirm the order information and card numbers.
7. By Fax:Fax your order in to (403) 289-9151 anytime. Please make sure that the credit card information section on the order form page is completely filled in.
8. We ship your order within 3 business days of receipt of your order, provided items are in stock.

For Mail Order with payment by Cheque or Money Order:
1. Print out the Mail Order Form & Shipping Rates page and fill in your mailing information and the items you wish to order.
2. Total the amount for merchandise.
3. Give yourself a discount if ordering a quantity of rings.
4. Add shipping rate. Calculate proper shipping charges by referring to Shipping Rates chart.
5. Make payment by cheque or money order in Canadian funds payable to Footloose Press. All prices given are in Canadian Funds. (U.S. Customers ... If you wish to pay by U.S. cheque or money order, you will have to call or e-mail Footloose Press for the U.S. amount to send.)
6. Mail the form and your payment to us at: Footloose Press Box 60001 Cougar Ridge RPO. Calgary Alberta Canada T3H 5L5
7. We ship your order within 3 business days of receipt of your order, provided items are in stock.
