Our Services
1. Therapeutic Reflexology
First time client: 2 hours $125.
Follow-up appointments: 1&1/4 hours $75. Your feet in experienced hands to relax tension, remove blockages, improve circulation and help your body begin to function optimally. The goal of therapeutic reflexology is to create a profound and positive change in your health. Holistic recommendations and simple self-care techniques will help to support you on your path to better health.
2. The Whole Enchilada
The ultimate SPA package: treat yourself!
Up to 3 & 1/2 hours. $195. Choose your preferred music and aromatherapy. After a 15 minute magnetic back roll, enjoy one hour of therapeutic reflexology. Follow this with 40 minutes on the Ceragem thermal massage and acupressure bed. Then soak up the healing rays in our infrared sauna for 45 minutes. Finish with a 15 minute energizing session. You will leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and revitalized. (You will need light cotton shorts and T-shirt for the sauna. Shower optional.)
3. Far Infrared (FIR) Sauna Session
Up to 45 minutes. $25 per session. Our Soft Heat® FIR sauna has ceramic heaters which emit FIR waves to provide deep, soothing radiant heat. Infrared saunas run at lower, more comfortable temperatures than conventional saunas. FIR sauna users report relaxation, detoxification, pain relief, weight loss, skin improvement, improved immunity and a beneficial effect on injuries and athletic performance. (You will need light cotton shorts and T-shirt. Shower optional.)
4. Ceragem Thermal Massage/Acupressure Bed
We have a Ceragem bed which incorporates deeply soothing massage and acupressure with far-infrared heat. Therapeutic and balancing. 40 minute sessions. $25 per session. Come for a Ceragem session or mix and match with other therapies offered.

We are a scent-free non-allergenic therapy centre with many sensitive clients. We appreciate that you come without perfumes, colognes, after-shaves or any other scented products. Thank you!
